Founder, Red Rover Pet Care
Tammy is 35 years young maintaining her youth through an active lifestyle that revolves around her passion for animals. Tammy is one of the few remaining native Calgarians. Tammy was born, raised and continued to stay in Calgary close to her family, friends and the city she loves. Tammy has always grown up with family pets, her first pet being a dachshund that was born the same day as her. Since then Tammy has enjoyed the companionship of numerous dogs, cats, fish and birds. It is Tammy’s life long involvement with pets of all varieties that led her to founding Red Rover Pet Care.

He thought he was the owner, Red Rover Pet Care
Simba was the inspiration behind Red Rover Pet Care. He brought great joy to the Godfray’s and left a huge void in their lives with his passing. If you asked the Godfray’s they would tell you Simba was well trained but Simba would have probably told you he had the Godfray’s trained. Simba loved car rides, walks and sniffing flowers. He was a big lap dog who insisted on being cuddled. Treats were a must for him and he had a good nose for them if they were in your pockets. We miss you terribly Simba - you were a true friend who left us far too soon.

Co-owner, Red Rover Pet Care
Don has had dogs in his family all of his life. Don shares Tammy’s love of pets and her passion for providing exceptional pet care to Red Rover’s clients. While Don's role as Regional Trainer for a large international retailer keeps him quite busy, he is available to support Tammy and Red Rover with his extensive knowledge of pet care, and pet first aid. In those rare moments of free time, you can usually find him riding his motorcycle (weather permitting) or building something.

Pet Care Specialist
When it comes to pets and animals of all sorts, she is a self-proclaimed enthusiast. As a child, her parents granted her the opportunity to welcome numerous pets into their home. Within this list, the types of pets range from rather domestic ones (cats, a dog, birds, a ferret, hamsters etc…) to some not so domestic pets (her pot-bellied pig whose name was Ziggy).
That being said, it is safe to say that she has acquired an ‘open heart policy’ when it comes to loving and nurturing her personal pets and also those around her. She has roughly 10 years of experience with pet-sitting/house-sitting for family, friends, neighbours and previous employers. When she's not ‘working’ and spending quality time with your pets, you can be sure that she is taking the opportunity to devote timeless attention to her ‘baby’ Dallas, a Peach-Faced Lovebird.
