DOG WALKING
Behavioral problems such as barking, chewing and digging are the result of isolation, boredom, and lack of exercise in dogs. Daily exercise is recommended to curb these problems. Red Rover Pet Care offers private dog walks. We offer one hour private walks or half hour private walks for older dogs or dogs not requiring lengthy walks. The walks are done in your community. We give a short daily report on how our walk went, how your dog was feeling that day and things we encountered on our journey. We also give treats for a job well done with the consent of the dogs’ owners. After a walk through the rain or snow we towel dry your pet before entering your residence. Finally, we take a few moments of cuddling.
OVERNIGHT PET SITTING
Boarding your pet in an unfamiliar environment away from the home and possessions they are used to, along with your absence can cause a great deal of stress. Red Rover Pet Care offers companionship in their home to help keep stress levels down. Our pet care provider arrives at your home at 7pm and stays at your home until 7am. All of our staff are trained in pet first aid as your pet’s health and safety are our number one concern. Our staff are all bonded to ensure your peace of mind. Our package includes the following: feeding pets and changing water bowl, cleaning cat litter boxes, one walk in the morning and another at night, playtime, cuddling, administration of certain medications, watering indoor plants, bringing in fliers/mail/newspaper, rotating your drapes, taking out garbage and transportation to your veterinarian should the need arise. We also offer lawn mowing, out-door plant and grass watering. Please refer to price list.
PET VISITS
Red Rover’s responsibility while your away is to ensure that you have peace of mind in knowing that our staff will be monitoring your property and looking after your pet while you can not. Our pet visits are 30 minutes in length. A pet visit includes letting your pet out for a bathroom break, changing the litter box, feeding and changing water dish, playtime, brushing, cuddling, taking out garbage, bringing in mail/flyers/newspaper, water indoor plants, rotating drapes, alternating lights.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Our company offers lawn mowing and watering of lawn and outdoor plants so everything will look as it did the day you left.
REQUIREMENTS
Dogs must be leash trained for private walks, as these walks are on leash.
Dogs must be currently licensed for walks.
Dogs must be crate trained for group walks, as they are transported safely in dog kennels in our vehicles.
Dogs must be spayed or neutered for group walks.
All pets must be up to date on vaccinations (Rabies, kennel cough, and distemper a must) and free of any contagious diseases.
Must be non-aggressive towards people and other dogs.
